Thank you for your interest in visiting our teak plantation and sawmill.

 

Confirmation of Site Visit & Commitment Fee

To ensure a smooth and committed process, please note the following conditions for site visits:

    1. Visit Schedule – The date and time of visit will be mutually confirmed in advance.
    2. Commitment Fee – A non-refundable fee of USD 200 (or IDR 3,000,000) is required to secure your booking.
      • This fee covers accommodation, local transport, and preparation for the visit.
      • The amount will be fully deducted from your first invoice if we proceed with business.
    3. Non-Refund Policy – In case of cancellation by the visitor, the fee is non-refundable due to costs already incurred.
    4. Next Step – Upon receipt of the commitment fee, we will provide:
      • Draft MoU and Detailed Trading Procedures for your review,
      • A confirmed itinerary for the site visit.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions – Site Visit

The fee covers local accommodation, meals, and transportation during your visit. It also includes pick-up and drop-off at Cirebon train station (or nearby domestic airport, subject to availability).

No. International and domestic flights to Indonesia are the visitor’s responsibility. The fee only applies to local arrangements once you arrive in Cirebon.

The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation, as it is used to prepare accommodation and logistics. However, it will be fully deducted from your first invoice if we proceed with business.

Payment instructions will be provided after confirming the visit schedule. You may pay via international bank transfer, debit/credit card or other agreed methods.
