But this isn’t about my company’s struggles—I’m still fighting and determined to rebuild.
This is about a community I founded as part of my company’s Social Responsibility Program.
It all started with my employees. Many of them were burdened by debts, and debt collectors even came to our office, humiliating them and impacting their mental well-being and productivity. Instead of letting them go, I chose a different path. My company works with MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), licensing and exporting their products—possibly even to your country. These employees had been with me since the beginning, and we’ve built everything from scratch together.
That’s why I created a community within my company—a safe space where employees could rebuild their mental strength with the help of psychologists.
We offered them tools to confront debt collectors, continue working, and manage their finances to pay off their debts.
As word spread, the community grew. Employees who experienced anxiety, loss of focus, or other struggles invited friends and family to join. Over time, this evolved into a fully-fledged CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program.
But it didn’t stop there. People with physical disabilities, who had trouble finding jobs, also asked to join. To support them, I started offering training programs—teaching skills like sewing bags, making hats, harvesting palm leaves for broom production, building websites, and even simple tasks like wrapping palm sugar. These initiatives provided them with jobs and a source of income.
However, as my business neared bankruptcy, funding for these programs—including training and psychological consultations—became unsustainable. Without additional support, these life-changing initiatives face termination.
To sustain this community, I’m offering a journal book that helped me personally when my business was on the brink of collapse.
I also gave it to community members, who’ve experienced its benefits firsthand. This book is my way of expressing gratitude for your donation.

Choose one of your biggest goals and break it down into smaller, actionable steps. Use the provided columns to track your progress, challenges, and achievements
Continue this process for each step of your goal breakdown.
Recognize your achievements by writing them down in a dedicated section.
Treat yourself to something you enjoy when you complete a significant milestone.
After successfully achieving your goal, take time to review your journey and consider setting new goals or continuing to work on personal growth.
Remember: Consistency is key. Stick to your daily reflection routine and stay committed to your goals.
