Summary: To pay for our services you will need a valid payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal) that you are authorized to use. All charges will be made to your payment method, which may but is not guaranteed to be automatically updated. Please note that you may be required to reimburse chargeback fees for returns or claims that do not comply with our policies.

You may choose to retain your billing information to use it for all future orders and charges related to our Products and/or Services. In such cases, you also acknowledge and agree that this information will be stored and processed by a PCI DSS compliant third party service provider. We may participate in Account Update programs. Such programs may allow your payment card information to be automatically updated if and when there are changes, such as your payment card number or expiration date. To the extent we participate in such programs and your bank or payment card provider is a participant, you consent to automatic updates to your payment card information. However, we cannot guarantee that such automatic updates will occur, so you also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment card information is current.

When you order a Product, or use a Service for which a fee is charged, you will be charged, and you agree to pay, the fees in effect at the time the order is placed. We may change our fees from time to time (for example, when we have a holiday sale, offer a discount off the base price of a product, etc.). The fees for the Products and Services (if and as applicable), and any associated shipping costs will be posted on the Site when you order or pay for the Service. We may choose to temporarily change our Service fees for promotional events or new Services, and such changes will be effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new Service on the Site or notify you individually. The sale will be submitted for processing and you will be charged as soon as you confirm it. You may then receive an email from us.

By placing an order or paying for the Service, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method offered and, in the case of card payments, that you are the cardholder or have the express permission of the cardholder to use the card to make the payment. In the event of unauthorized use of a payment method, you will be personally liable for, and must indemnify Printful for, any damages resulting from such unauthorized use.

In connection with your payment method, you represent to us that (i) the billing information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete and (ii) to the best of your knowledge, the charges you incur will be honored by your financial institution (including but not limited to your credit card company) or payment service provider.

If you make a return or claim that does not comply with our policies (including the policies described herein), you will reimburse us for our damages, consisting of fulfillment costs and a declined payment handling fee (up to $15 USD per declined payment), if applicable.

We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse to provide the Services to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for refusing or suspending any transaction once processing has begun.

Unless otherwise stated, you may select the currency from the options available on the Site in which all fees and payments will be quoted. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, payments, and taxes associated with our Site and Services. Upon receipt of your order, you may receive an email from us with details and descriptions of the Products ordered. Payment of the total price plus tax and shipping must be made in full prior to delivery of your Product.
