🌿 Cut Board Trial Shipment

We are pleased to present our teak wood supply for your consideration.

1. Availability

  • We have 9,000 teak trees (diameter ±25 cm, length ±6 m), available for full purchase under an annual supply contract.
  • The logs will be processed into kiln-dried sawn boards at our sawmill.

2. Specifications

  • Standard Size: 1.2 m × 0.9 m × 20 mm (KD)
  • Alternative Sizes: available upon Buyer’s request
  • Moisture Content (KD): 12–15%
  • Certification: SVLK / V-Legal (mandatory for Indonesian timber export)

     

3. Trial Shipment

  • For buyer’s evaluation, we propose a trial shipment of 6 × 40’ container (± 206 m³ KD teak boards equal to 95.000 cut board).
  • This trial will be considered part of the full supply from the 9,000 trees.

4. Price & Terms

  • Price: USD387/ m³ – or USD 0.85 per board (EXW Sawmill, West Java).
  • EXW Option: buyer collects from our sawmill.
  • FOB Option (Indonesian Port of Loading): includes SVLK certification, surveyor inspection at POL, container stuffing, and port handling.

5. Payment Terms

  • 45% Down Payment (TT, MT103) upon contract signing.
  • 55% balance via Irrevocable LC at Sight (MT700).

6. Procedures

  • Detailed trading procedures (including inspection and shipping steps) will be provided upon buyer’s confirmation of interest.
